Job summary

EQUIAM, an investment firm focused on growth and late-stage technology, seeks a senior capital-formation leader in San Francisco. You will own the raise for our flagship fund, building pipelines, running meetings, and closing capital.

You will cultivate relationships across family offices, RIAs, and institutions, while Deepening LP connections and guiding fundraising strategy with the CEO. You bring a proven ability to raise capital, a robust allocator network, and a self-directed, fast-paced

Qualifications

• You have personally raised meaningful capital for private markets vehicles.
• Track record of scaling AUM from roughly $150M to $1B+ in assets under management.
• You possess a live, warm network of allocators who will take your call.
• You are self-directed with a fast pace and no rigid playbook.

Responsibilities

• Own the raise for our next flagship fund: build the pipeline, move opportunities, manage diligence and close capital.
• Develop relationships across family offices, RIAs, institutions and high-net-worth networks you bring with you.
• Manage and deepen existing LP relationships and drive re-ups and reporting conversations.
• Attend conferences and meetings; travel as needed to source capital.
• Build and sharpen the firm's distribution machinery with CRM, campaigns and follow-up processes.
• Work with the founding team on positioning, strategy and messaging.
