Featherless.ai is seeking a founding member for the US/CA GTM team who thrives at the intersection of AI, communication, and execution. This role isn’t a traditional sales post; you’ll converse with model creators, AI startups, enterprises, and developers exploring open-model deployment.

If you’re a charismatic developer looking to expand into sales or an entrepreneur with technical skills, we want to speak with you. You’ll own pipeline, outreach, and events from day one.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years combined experience in Sales, Developer Relations, or Entrepreneurship.
• Comfortable engaging technical audiences (developers, founders, researchers).
• AI power user with practical familiarity of open-models is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English, concise and credible.

Responsibilities

• Build & qualify pipeline across enterprises and AI startups.
• Manage inbound requests through chat and email.
• Manage outreach sequences and automations (HubSpot, Clay, Reply.io, n8n).
• Re-engage existing sign-ups and subscribers; identify high-value users.
• Track CRM, pipeline metrics, and weekly reporting.
• Attend events to generate pipeline and establish key relationships.

We’re looking for a founding member of the US/CA GTM team — someone both technical and entrepreneurial that thrives at the intersection of AI, communication, and execution.

This is not a traditional sales role. You’re expected to be fluent in AI and be able to hold your own in conversations with model creators, AI startups, enterprises, and developers exploring open-model deployment.

What You’ll Own Immediately

• Build & qualify pipeline across enterprises and AI startups
