Job summary

UniversalAGI in San Francisco is seeking a founding Brand & Product Designer to shape visuals across decks, product surfaces, and marketing. You will turn complex technical ideas into clear, engaging design as part of the founding team.

You will own presentations, build a scalable design system, and collaborate closely with engineers and GTM to ensure consistent branding across all customer-facing materials.

Qualifications

• Portfolio must lead with presentation and deck design showing persuasive work.
• Experience in brand or identity design demonstrating a brand system.
• Ability to shape 0-to-1 and 1-to-n product design.
• High craft bar with typography, layout and visual polish under deadlines.
• In-person, onsite role in San Francisco Bay Area or willingness to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Own the design of every presentation and deck for customer-facing materials, investor conversations, marketing, and other key moments.
• Translate fast-moving technical content into clear, credible visuals.
• Build and maintain a flexible presentation system for consistency and speed.
• Contribute to product design on live surfaces, partnering with engineering, founding team and GTM.
• Execute brand and marketing collateral using the design system.
• Help define and evolve visual identity and brand direction as the company scales.
