Job summary

Melotech is seeking a founding brand hire to define what Melotech means to the world from a blank page. You will craft a coherent story for fans, press and partners, then own how the brand is perceived across channels and moments we create.

You will work with creators, agencies, and a global network to launch campaigns that earn attention, shape culture, and drive growth. This is building, not caretaking, with equity and remote-first flexibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in brand, communications or creative marketing, preferably at an early-stage company.
• Part of a zero-to-one brand journey and shaped the overarching story.
• Built coherent narratives, not just scaled communications.
• Created campaigns, stunts, formats, moments that travelled.
• Owns a network and uses it to open partnerships.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
• Music-industry relationships or artist/label connections are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define Melotech’s story as a single coherent narrative for fans, press, and partners.
• Own how the world perceives Melotech across earned media, owned channels, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with creatives to ship campaigns and stunts that earn attention.
• Open doors with your network to build partnerships that wouldn’t happen otherwise.
• Direct agencies and freelancers while staying the strategic driver.
• Lay the reputation groundwork in a creative, high-scrutiny category.
