Job summary

Melotech is looking for a Founders Associate to be the CEO's right hand, shaping strategy across markets, data and operations with meticulous execution. You will lead high-impact projects from conception to completion while aligning with company goals.

You will perform market, competitor and investor research, create pitch materials for fundraising, streamline processes with AI, and support hiring at scale.

Qualifications

• Hold a degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a highly analytical field from a globally top-tier university.
• Bring at least 1 year of high-impact professional experience from elite management consultancies, bulge bracket banks, Big Tech, leading PE/VC funds, or venture-backed startups.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-impact projects from conception to completion across all business verticals.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing documents while tracking KPIs and updating performance.
• Conduct market, competitor, and investor research to identify growth opportunities and inform strategy.
• Support fundraising by creating pitch materials, organizing investor outreach, and maintaining partner relations.
• Streamline workflows and improve operational processes; assist with recruiting at scale using AI.
• Act as a sparring partner for the founder to prioritize and execute strategic projects across the business.
