• Strong backend engineering and experience taking products into production.
• Practical experience shipping AI agents, including orchestration and tool use.
• Good judgment around architecture, reliability and customer-data boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Build backend services, APIs and data models.
• Develop agent orchestration and tool-execution systems for multi-step workflows.
• Handle execution state, retries, concurrency and failure recovery.
• Own cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines and observability.
• Work with founders and users to turn changing requirements into dependable product features.
