Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree at minimum.
• Experience: At least 2 years of teaching or equivalent experience; liberal arts background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively promote school enrollment and community support.
• Assist in curricula selection and interventions.
• Support hiring of mission-fit staff.
• Plan and assess reading and math interventions and close gaps.
• Coordinate school schedules to allow interventions and collaboration.
• Ensure policy alignment with Great Hearts guidelines.
