Job summary

Twenty Labs is an applied research lab building AI-powered finance tools. We seek a Founding Analyst – Product & Domain Expert to shape our AI-native finance product, Compound, and guide product decisions with deep financial domain insight.

You will work directly with founders and engineers, evaluating AI outputs and prioritizing features that dramatically improve analyst workflows, including buy-side, real estate, and private equity use cases.

Qualifications

• Deep domain knowledge of financial analyst workflows and buy-side roles.
• Experience as an analyst at a top-tier hedge fund, PE, or real estate firm.
• AI-native; comfortable prototyping with AI tools and building workflows.

Responsibilities

• Shape the AI-native product for finance by leveraging analyst workflows.
• Evaluate AI output quality and prototype new features.
• Collaborate with founders and engineers to build user-centered tooling.
