Job summary

UserTesting seeks a Strategic Projects Lead to own end-to-end AI training projects, from early customer conversations to successful execution. You will partner with customers, internal teams, and contributor communities to design scalable processes and deliver high‑quality outcomes while balancing timelines and costs.

You’ll recruit and manage specialized contributor populations, build repeatable workflows, and provide clear guidance to teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years leading complex cross-functional projects
• Experience managing large populations of contractors or contributors
• Strong project management and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Familiarity with AI training concepts is preferred

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI training projects from scoping to execution
• Develop sourcing strategies for specialized contributor populations
• Recruit onboard and manage contributor communities with scalable workflows
• Monitor project performance using key operational metrics
• Manage project economics including compensation, staffing, and timelines
• Serve as primary customer contact and translate requirements into guidance for contributors
• Identify opportunities to build repeatable processes and scalable systems
