Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a generalist engineering role
• Comfortable across the stack from backend infrastructure to customer-facing products
• Thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• Experience with Python, TypeScript, Next.js, GCP, and Terraform

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy platforms and evaluation harnesses for fast feedback on product outcomes
• Develop foundational data infrastructure with multi-tenant hosting at terabyte scale
• Own end-to-end delivery of production agents for marquee customers
• Design a context layer capturing internal company operations
• Define culture and operational standards across product and teams
