Job summary

Hire'in Solutions, an AI-native supply chain company, is seeking a Founding Engineer who will own critical architecture, AI infrastructure, and customer-facing problem solving.

You will build end-to-end systems from 0→1, design distributed data platforms, and develop agentic workflows using RAG and LLM technologies, with hands-on work in Python, TypeScript, or Node.js, operating with high autonomy to set engineering standards and culture.

Qualifications

• Experience building large-scale distributed systems and data pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM infrastructure, RAG, or agentic systems.
• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of projects.
• Strong communication with customers and product sense.
• Founding Engineer or similar seniority preferred.
• Ability to work with autonomy and help establish engineering standards and culture.

Responsibilities

• Build and own systems end-to-end from 0→1.
• Design distributed systems, data infrastructure, and AI/agentic workflows.
• Develop solutions involving RAG, entity resolution, agentic search, and LLM infrastructure.
• Work with customers to understand complex business problems and turn them into production solutions.
• Contribute hands-on using Python, TypeScript, or Node.js.
• Operate with high autonomy and help establish engineering standards and culture.
