Qualifications

Track record of building production systems at Staff+ scope.
Hands-on depth with the modern AI stack and data systems.
Pragmatic technology instincts and tooling decisions.
Founding-engineer, consulting, or forward-deployed experience.
Daily collaboration with AI tools and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Architect and build internal AI systems end to end from design to production.
Own the hard parts of trustworthy AI at company scale: retrieval quality, permissions, security.
Work hands-on across the modern AI stack (LLMs, retrieval, agents, integrations).
Embed with teams and executive leadership to ship AI into real workflows.
Drive build-vs-buy evaluations and fast POCs; set the technical standards.
