Job summary

Aspiron Search Limited in San Francisco is seeking a founding security engineer to lead our security posture as we scale an AI security platform. You’ll own security end-to-end, from architecture reviews to incident response, reporting directly to the founders.

This on-site role offers top-of-market base salary plus substantial equity, visa sponsorship and relocation support if needed, and daily meals in the office while you help shape security for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in hands-on security engineering.
• Experience with AWS and Terraform at scale.
• Startup experience with broad scope ownership.
• Ability to guide security with no team.

Responsibilities

• Own company-wide security posture and roadmap.
• Lead security reviews with engineering before launch.
• Develop security policies and incident response processes.
• Manage enterprise security reviews with sales and customer teams.
• Define and ship the security roadmap and ensure execution.
