Job summary

United Concrete Inc. is seeking an engineer to take full ownership of architecture, stack, and roadmap for a new set of production systems.

You will build and own end-to-end solutions used across production scheduling, dispatch, job costing, and procurement, including OCR-based invoice auditing and ML-based forecasting. You will work across the entire business to replace legacy processes with modern, queryable data models and UI, delivering real value within months.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional engineering experience; end-to-end ownership of at least one production system.
• Strong full-stack fundamentals: backend language, SQL/relational design, modern frontend framework.
• Experience shipping LLM API integrations into production; not just demos.
• Experience with OCR and turning scans into clean, queryable data.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture, stack and roadmap for a production system used across the business.
• Build an OCR + LLM pipeline to automate invoice/audit tasks.
• Develop ML/time-series models for forecasting and inventory planning.
• Implement route optimization, scheduling, and maintain data pipelines across systems.
