Job summary

Structured AI is hiring as the first dedicated infrastructure engineer in New York City. You will own the execution platform that runs AI agents, ensure fast startup, secure isolation, and scale to handle thousands of sheets per project across multiple clients.

You will also shape the technical direction for containerized infrastructure, manage the worker fleet, and oversee the AI code execution ecosystem from development to production.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of production cloud infrastructure experience.
• Experience isolating workloads and running containers in production with real users.
• Deep container expertise with Cloud and container orchestration.
• Experience with Postgres and Redis in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution platform for AI agents, ensuring speed and security.
• Scale the worker fleet from zero to hundreds of jobs per project.
• Design and maintain isolation, sandboxing, and secure runtimes for generated code.
• Lead IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and self-hosted runners; respond to incidents.
