Plan:it is seeking a Founding AI Engineering Lead in New York, with 3 days per week in the office and openness to San Francisco. You will own the technical direction from the earliest stages while staying deeply hands-on, building production-grade AI systems and agent workflows.

You will tackle data infrastructure, retrieval and backend architecture, delivering reliable software capable of enterprise-scale performance.

Qualifications

• Built and shipped agentic AI systems in production.
• Strong software engineer across the stack: TypeScript and Python.
• Experience in early-stage startups, pre-Series A, with ambiguity.
• Ability to make sound technical decisions and own outcomes.

Responsabilités
