Job summary

Rovi Health, Inc. is seeking an engineer to own our platform end-to-end. You will shape architecture that connects the event-driven agent framework, shared memory across patient interactions, and API integrations to support a scalable virtual clinic.

You will build systems for early intervention, catch cost-inefficiencies, and enable real-time savings visualization for employers as we scale.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years building software with Python, React and TypeScript.
• Owns products end to end, from user conversations to shipped product.
• Built and run production systems where stakes were real; healthcare or fintech a plus.
• Shipped AI/ML in production, with agent systems or data-heavy pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own the platform architecture and ensure all parts work together.
• Build early intervention systems using claims data, clinical records and live interactions.
• Design and scale the virtual clinic so AI handles intake and triage.
• Scale the architecture to handle thousands of members while remaining reliable.
