Job description

We are seeking an exceptional founding full-stack engineer to spearhead our product innovation and feature development. The ideal candidate is a programming generalist with deep expertise in frontend development and a passion for AI.

You will work closely with the founding team in a fast-paced, agile environment, contributing to all phases of the software development lifecycle—from conception to deployment.

As an Applied AI Engineer at ProSights, you will lead the development of our core ProSights product from the ground up. You’ll be building a platform that will reimagine the workflows of financial services companies and be a driving force in the AI revolution for investment firms.

Your responsibilities will include building and shipping AI products, ideally related to AI agents and as a founder/founding engineer.

Salary: $145k - $190k

Equity: 1.50% - 2.50%

We are open to engineers outside of New York who are interested in relocating, and we will sponsor visas of any sort (H-1B, TN, etc.).

We cover all in-office meals and are in-person 5 workdays each week.

About ProSights

ProSights (YC 2024) is building the operating system of investment firms. We automate workflows for investment professionals and bankers.

Our current paid customers include the largest tech PE firm in the world and other global PE funds. We have upcoming paid pilots with public investment banks and publicly traded PE funds.

We are on the verge of raising our next round in the next few months. We currently have 3 engineers and compete (and often beat) companies with over $100M in funding.
