AIRE is building the Ownership Graph, a data layer powering AI-driven commerce experiences. We are seeking a founding engineer to own all technical aspects, from architecture and AI/ML to product direction and eventually building a team.

The CEO is non-technical, so this role will define the technical vision and lead an existing junior team. The candidate should have strong AI/ML production experience, full-stack delivery capability, and a track record of working in early-stage startups.

Qualifications

• Shipped real AI-powered features to real users.
• Experience with LLMs in production, beyond prototypes.
• Familiarity with AI tooling used daily in development.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture, AI/ML, product, and engineering leadership.
• Ship multiple AI/ML features and build the team over time.
• Contribute to partner conversations with demos and architecture plans.
