We’re seeking a Founding AI Engineer to shape our AI strategy and own AI-powered features from concept to production in an early-stage startup environment. This is a hands-on, high-impact role with global reach.

Qualifications

• Experienced backend engineer who’s built AI products in the OpenAI & Anthropic era.
• AI observability experience and data-driven decision making.
• Clear perspective on building a precise, impactful AI-powered product.
• Self-driven, high-ownership, fast-moving environment.
• Bonus: data science background to fine-tune AI accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Define our AI infrastructure and shape our AI strategy.
• Own and ship AI-powered features from concept to production.
• Solve ML challenges – accuracy, reliability, quality – with rigorous testing.
• Serve as the team’s AI expert and help build a world-class AI practice.
• Engage with the broader AI community through writing and talks.
