Qualifications

• Four to seven years of AI engineering experience, including hands-on shipping of AI agents in production.
• At least one year working with real-time or voice AI systems (e.g., WebRTC, LiveKit, streaming).
• Experience with voice AI, browser agents, or similar AI products; familiarity with evaluation, observability, and cost optimization.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and Next.js; experience with browser automation tools like Playwright.
• CS degree or strong technical background with solid software engineering fundamentals.
• Startup founder or founding engineer experience is relevant.

Responsibilities

• Build the agent's reasoning, tool use, memory, and recovery for live conversations with real-time latency.
• Develop evaluation pipelines and use call data to drive improvements, including fine-tuning where effective.
• Improve browser automation reliability to demo products in live browsers while talking to buyers.
• Ship product features end-to-end using TypeScript, Node.js, and Next.js in collaboration with customers and design partners.
• Set technical direction for model selection, build-vs-buy decisions, and future agent capabilities.
