Job summary

Goose is an early-stage company building self-improving AI agents to run growth for consumer brands — ads, UGC, organic — end to end. You will join the founding team in San Francisco, owning product and engineering decisions, shipping new features, talking to users, and shaping the next phase of the product.

The role emphasizes technical depth across the stack and agentic engineering, with a strong product sense and taste, and a preference for in-person work in San Francisco.

Qualifications

• Proven track record shipping real products or features.
• Experience at startups or early-stage companies.
• Ability to design AI agent systems and architectures.
• Strong product sense and taste in product decisions.
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration toward PMF.

Responsibilities

• Own product and engineering decisions for the platform.
• Ship new products and features, and iterate based on user feedback.
• Talk to users, collect feedback, and translate into roadmap.
• Design scalable distribution/architecture for multi-channel growth.
• Build and maintain AI agents, pipelines, and internal tooling.
