Qualifications

• 0–3 years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong fundamentals and ability to build production-quality applications
• Experience across multiple layers of a modern software stack
• Track record of learning quickly and taking ownership beyond tasks
• Strong product judgment and customer-focused mindset

Responsibilities

• Build and ship high-quality product features across the full stack
• Take new functionality from concept through implementation, deployment, and iteration
• Develop end-to-end workflows that address real-world problems for users
• Contribute to new products and features as the technical roadmap evolves
• Work closely with users and customer-facing teams to translate pain points into software
• Make pragmatic technical decisions while maintaining code quality
• Help establish engineering patterns and practices for a growing org
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with autonomy and ambiguity
• Expand technical scope as product and org grow
• Assist in identifying and attracting future engineering talent
