Job summary

30tril is seeking a hands-on founding engineer to take ownership of a full-stack product for an AI-powered household assistant. You will drive architecture, scale an iPhone app and Python/Django backend, and shape product decisions with the founder.

You will work with a small team on a six-month contract converting to full-time equity-first, located in New York or remote. Ideal candidates ship consumer products and have leadership experience building production-grade systems.

Qualifications

• Deep, recent hands-on work in Python (Django) and PostgreSQL.
• Experience shipping a consumer product, mobile app end-to-end.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, deployments, incidents.

Responsibilities

• Take the product from internal testing to live beta with real households.
• Own architecture, roadmap and end-to-end delivery of the stack.
• Ship App Store releases and maintain reliability, safety and security standards.
• Lead engineers and codify best practices for future hires.
