Job summary

Premier Global Links LLC is seeking a technically exceptional Founding Engineer to join an early-stage technology team building an AI-native supply chain platform. You will own architecture, design distributed systems, and build AI-enabled capabilities while collaborating directly with customers to shape the product's technical direction.

The role requires 2+ years of software engineering experience, strong CS fundamentals, and the ability to work on-site in San Francisco, CA.

Qualifications

2+ years of software engineering experience as Founding Engineer or similar.
Strong CS fundamentals and ability to design complex systems.
Experience with Node.js, Python, or TypeScript.
Customer-facing experience and strong communication.

Responsibilities

Own architecture through implementation and iteration.
Design and build distributed systems and scalable data solutions.
Develop AI-driven capabilities including entity resolution, product matching, and pricing discovery.
Work with large-scale real-world data to automate workflows.
Collaborate with customers to translate feedback into technical solutions.
Build and improve core AI/engineering infrastructure.
Set engineering standards and culture as an early team member.
