Qualifications

• Hands-on experience experimenting with AI coding tools and AI agents.
• Ability to read, troubleshoot, and improve AI-generated code.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and workflow automation.
• Strong problem-solving, testing, and troubleshooting skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication; client-facing.
• Initiative, creativity, and the ability to take projects from idea to production.
• Willingness to work full-time on-site in South Jordan, Utah.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and improve AI agents and automation workflows.
• Connect client software, CRMs, and business tools via APIs.
• Attend in-person client setup and conduct client-facing demos.
• Diagnose issues, test solutions, and ensure automations remain reliable after deployment.
• Document work, manage client data and credentials responsibly, and support client training sessions.
• Help shape the long-term product roadmap and contribute to company growth as an early hire.
