Zingage (Kuzushi Inc.) is building the intelligence layer for home-based care in New York City. We seek a founding AI engineer to own evaluation, simulation, retrieval, and alignment infrastructure for autonomous agents in a high-impact healthcare setting.

You will ship production ML/LLM improvements, measure outcomes, and drive the harness while collaborating with founders. This is the most senior AI hire at the company and offers meaningful equity and rapid impact.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and simulation infrastructure: CI/CD for agent behavior; run Casey against historical scenarios; measure fill-rate outcomes; A/B test prompt and orchestration changes before production.
• Retrieval and grounding architecture: design retrieval to provide right context to the right agent at the right turn as knowledge surface grows.
• Alignment and outcome measurement: connect every ranking decision, outreach attempt, and agent choice to business outcomes across systems.
• Agent intelligence roadmap: decide when fine-tuning, reward modeling, or new architectures are the right next investment and ship them.
