Featherless AI in Tampa seeks an experienced Account Executive (AI Cloud) to own deals end-to-end, build lasting relationships with CTOs, ML leads, and infra buyers, and close enterprise-scale opportunities in a fast-moving AI startup.

This full-cycle role reports to the CRO and founders, collaborates with product and engineering, and helps shape the commercial motion as Featherless scales its open-model inference platform.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in a closing Cloud Infrastructure, MLOps, or AI/developer tooling role.
• Proven track record closing deals with technical buyers (developers, ML engineers, CTOs).
• Comfortable navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
• Strong written and verbal communication; data-driven pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle sales across mid-market and enterprise segments.
• Lead high-quality discovery and tailored technical demos for each buyer.
• Develop proposals and business cases linking model inference to Featherless needs.
• Negotiate and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Expand revenue through upsell and cross-sell within accounts.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting in HubSpot.
• Collaborate with product/engineering and mentor BDRs.
