You should have shipped real production systems and be comfortable owning a system end-to-end, with the ability to simplify complex B2B operations in software and communicate about agents clearly.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering.
• Shipped real production systems, not just prototypes.
• Own a system end-to-end.
• Communicate about agents in plain language, not just prompts.

Responsibilities

• Own the agent layer and the software factory that produces it — tools, workflows, and the systems they call.
• Make complex manufacturing and quoting workflows work as agents, not demos.
• Build and ship against the systems they already run — ERP, CRM, spreadsheets, tribal knowledge.
• Turn one-off customer work into reusable agent behavior for future deployments.
