Wwshemi is seeking a founding-level software engineer to own the agent layer end to end in a San Francisco–based on-site role. You will build production agent systems that integrate with real-world workflows and set patterns for scalable agent development, working closely with company leadership.

You will shape the knowledge base, design autonomous failure detection and recovery, and drive evaluation-driven iteration across the platform.

Competenze

• Two to nine years of professional software engineering experience with a relevant degree.
• Experience building and shipping agentic software in production.
• Familiarity with context engineering and autonomous recovery.

Mansioni

• Own the agent layer end to end, including context systems and evaluations.
• Develop knowledge base and workflows for autonomous operation.
• Establish how agents are built, measured, and improved across the platform.
• Create tools that enable rapid evaluation and evolution of agents.
• Help grow the team and take on leadership of agentic systems.
