Job summary

Pinch is seeking Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) to join as Founding Providers in Ohio and other markets. You’ll perform at-home aesthetic treatments, set your own schedule, and build a client book with support from a top-rated brand.

As a founding provider, you’ll receive marketing, supplies, and malpractice coverage while growing your own practice with coaching and events. Training is provided for newcomers to injectables, with opportunities to scale.

Qualifications

• Active APRN license in Ohio (or eligible).
• Availability to attend in-person training if newer to injectables.

Responsibilities

• Deliver at-home aesthetic treatments: tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials.
• Grow your client base from your personal network; convert first-timers into regulars.
• Own your schedule; average 10–20 hours per week.
• Grow the business using Pinch's marketing tools for outreach, retention, and referrals.
• Run a polished practice by managing supplies and keeping accurate client records.
