TL;DR

We're seeking a top-performing Account Executive to be our first US hire and a key player on our fast-growing Enterprise team. Responsibilities include owning strategic relationships, closing new deals, renewing and expanding existing accounts, and working directly with our Head of Sales. Compensation includes 250-300k OTE (50/50 split) plus stock options. Must be within 1.5 hours of NYC for bi-monthly in-person gatherings, with travel to Paris every two months. Equipment includes a MacBook Pro, monitor, keyboard, etc. We offer social activities, language lessons, and a global, English-speaking team.

About The Role
  • Oversee the full sales cycle from initial interest to deal closure.
  • Qualify, manage, and support leads from marketing campaigns and sales opportunities.
  • Build new pipeline, focus on API sales, and potentially expand to web app sales.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales to identify client needs and provide product recommendations.
  • Stay updated on the GenAI landscape, competitors, and our products.
  • Log and manage activities and opportunities in Hubspot.
  • Foster relationships with internal teams and external prospects.
  • Build long-term trusted relationships with customers and partners.
About You
  • 5+ years of software sales experience to mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Experience selling APIs.
  • Owned enterprise software quotas of at least $1M+.
  • Product and domain expertise with a consultative sales approach.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments with a results-driven mindset.
  • Self-starter capable of independent and collaborative work.
  • Enthusiastic about AI, with understanding of GenAI landscape preferred.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
  • Startup sales experience is highly desirable.
