Hussh (hussh) is an AI-first research, machine-learning, and product organization building Private Agent One — a private personal AI agent: personal superintelligence that works for the human it belongs to, with the human owning their information and sharing it only by their consent. Beside the product company sits a sister business, a permanent-capital asset manager (Fund A / Alphabet 27), run on the same doctrine. We are 100% founder-funded, with no outside investors. Headquarters is Kirkland, WA.
Until you, the founder is the entire sales team. He has sold everything this company has sold. That ends the day you start — not because he stops caring, but because the number finally has an owner whose only job is the number.
You are the first sales hire and the founding head of sales: you sell the first motions yourself, build the pipeline yourself, close the first cohort yourself — and write the playbook that makes the second and third hires possible.
You sell what is real, on real dates: Private Agent One; iMoney (production launch December 27, 2026); and the public story of a permanent-capital asset manager. You sell to the rooms that already buy this kind of thing: private wealth and private offices, luxury real estate and property leadership, law and professional services, and the technology and venture networks that surround them. Your job is not to manufacture demand. It is to find the people who already want what we are building and make it easy for them to say yes.
You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with our Founding Marketing Lead: they own lead quality and conversion readiness; you own the conversation, the close, and the number. The boundary is clean.
The doctrine holds in every deal, without exception: we never sell a user's data, never use dark patterns, never misrepresent what the product does, and never close a customer who should not have bought. Trust is the asset. You do not spend it.
One thing is written down now, before anyone's ego is involved: when the CRO era comes, this seat is the CRO seat. The first head of sales becomes the first chief revenue officer — by design, not by politics.
Own the number. Carry the company's revenue target for the product business. Forecast in one CRM (we run Attio) — weekly, honestly, with a pipeline you can defend line by line.
Build the pipeline from zero. Prospecting system, not prospecting heroics: target-account lists built on real fit, outreach that is personal and specific, and a cadence that makes the next conversation inevitable.
Run the full cycle. First conversation through signature: discovery that finds the actual problem, demos that show the product (not a deck about the product), proposals that are few pages and exact, and negotiations that protect the customer and the company.
Close the first cohort with the founder. The CEO is in the room for the first ten enterprise deals — as your partner, not your crutch. You own the deal; he lends the room.
Write the playbook. Pricing-and-packaging feedback to product, objection and competitor notes that are actually useful, and a repeatable motion the next hire can run on day one.
Convert and expand. First customers become references, case stories (told with permission), and expansion paths — if the product earns it.
First 90 days: Attio is the single source of truth for pipeline and you run it that way; target accounts are built and worked; the first enterprise conversations are real.
Six months in: the first orders are closed, iMoney's launch pipeline is built before the December 27, 2026 production launch, and the playbook exists in writing.
The standing standard: every hire here must generate 100–1000× their pay in outcomes. The first revenue owner must be able to point to revenue, not activity.
Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage. A 401(k) plan. Employer-matched contributions to Trump Accounts. Support for continuing education, retooling, and retraining — including AI courses, which we actively encourage. Above all: you will work with the latest AI technologies every day, and the expectation — for engineers and non-engineers alike — is to become expert in using them, running evals on your own work until it reaches an A+ standard.
