Hussh is seeking its first Chief Revenue Officer to own and design the company’s revenue math across enterprise, marketplace, consumer, and government motions. You will define segmentation, targets, and pricing, and build a high-performing sales organization from the ground up in a data-driven, do-the-right-thing environment.
The role demands a proven track record in multi-channel revenue, with a bias for building and governing scalable systems.
Location: Palo Alto, CA — on-site · Type: Full-time · Reports to: Founder & CEO
Compensation: $280,000–$360,000 base salary · target variable $187,000–$240,000 (60/40 split) — OTE $467,000–$600,000 · founding equity grant, 4-year vest
Hussh (hussh ) is an AI-first research, machine-learning, and product organization building Private Agent One — a private personal AI agent. The human owns their information, controls every machine that touches it, and shares it only by their consent. That doctrine is the business model, not a constraint on it: because One is free for every American, and because we never sell a user's information, every dollar of revenue here is earned the durable way — products people and institutions pay for, a marketplace where the human is the seller.
The product line: Private Agent One, available now and free; iMoney — investing and money movement with a human approving every move — reaching production launch on December 27, 2026; Puppy One, a private computer for the home, taking reservations; One for business; and the information marketplace. Beside the product company sits a sister business: a permanent-capital asset manager (Fund A / Alphabet 27). We are a 19-person company, 100% founder-funded, with no outside investors. Until now, the founder has sold everything this company has sold.
We are seeking our first Chief Revenue Officer — the owner of the number. Every dollar of commercial revenue: owned, forecasted, and hit, by one person whose only job is the number.
The revenue architecture does not exist yet, and designing it is the job. The motions are unlike any single motion you have run: enterprise and institutional sales (One for business; iMoney through RIAs, wealth managers, and family offices); a two-sided marketplace where the supply side is a person and their information; consumer and SMB growth built on a free flagship product; distribution and partner revenue — device makers, marketplaces, and the frontier-model partner programs; Puppy One, a physical product with fleets and homes to win; and a federal motion serving the government and military users this company exists to serve. Motion exists — a founding sales lead, account executives in four cities, a founder who closes — and it all rolls up to you. Your job is to turn motion into math, and a sales cohort into the best salesforce in the world.
One boundary is structural, and your signature goes on it: we never sell a user's data, never use dark patterns, never sell what doesn't exist yet. You will walk away from revenue that violates this — and be backed, publicly, when you do. This is not the seat for a leader who needs a finished machine, a mature brand, or a pricing page that already converts. It is the seat for the leader who has built the machine before and wants to build the definitive one: revenue for the company that made the human the owner.
In your first 90 days: the revenue architecture is written and adopted — every revenue line has an owner, a segment, and a number; the forecast runs in Attio, with pipeline you would defend line by line; the first enterprise deals are closed with you leading and the founder reinforcing; and the hiring bar for the salesforce is set in writing. Six months in: iMoney's December 27 launch has converted — the pipeline was built before the date, so launch day was a conversion event, not a hope; marketplace revenue is real and growing, with retention you can defend; early revenue lines grow month over month inside a range you forecast; and the founder is out of day-to-day selling, because you are in it. The standing standard for every hire here is outcomes worth 100–1000× their pay. The first revenue owner of a company with these ambitions sets that math for everyone who follows — or the seat was staffed wrong.
Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage. A 401(k) plan. Employer-matched contributions to Trump Accounts. Support for continuing education, retooling, and retraining — including AI courses, which we actively encourage. Above all: you will work with the latest AI technologies every day, and the expectation — for engineers and non-engineers alike — is to become expert in using them, running evals on your own work until it reaches an A+ standard.
