Qualifications

• Extremely organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• High-agency with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Fast and resourceful, adept at finding information quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communicator.
• Discreet with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings, interviews, investors, customers, and partners.
• Help run company events, dinners, conferences, and team activities.
• Research one-off projects and solve operational problems.
• Keep follow-ups tracked and prevent items from slipping.
• Build lightweight processes to improve efficiency across functions.
• Handle ambiguous problems from start to finish.
