The platform enables users to trade major markets permissionlessly with self-custody, using blockchain rails to make access more transparent and auditable. The company has raised roughly $27M to date, has generated $30M+ in revenue, and is operating with a team of about 35 people.

About The Role

Our partner is hiring a Founders Associate to work directly with the CTO. This is not a generic assistant role. It is a high-trust, high-responsibility position for someone who can operate alongside a deeply technical leader, help drive execution across a fast-scaling engineering org, and earn credibility with an already strong team of developers, quants, and operators. The founder described it as someone helping the CTO lead a ~25-person dev team and stepping into work that requires real judgment, technical fluency, and intensity.

What you’ll do
