Job summary

Impossible Cloud is seeking a Founder’s Associate Intern to work directly with the founders on priority initiatives across the company. You will help scale a fast-growing cloud business and gain exposure to high-velocity decision-making in a hybrid environment.

You will drive cross-functional workstreams, engage with investors and partners, and explore AI-powered automations to boost efficiency and impact. This internship offers hands-on mentorship and real ownership from day one.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program.
• Experience in fast-paced environments such as consulting, startups, venture capital, or high-growth tech companies.
• Analytical and structured thinking with clear communication.
• Ownership mindset, curiosity, and enthusiasm for technology and AI.
• Professionally fluent in English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic and operational initiatives across Product, Commercial, Finance, and Operations.
• Support founders with investor/partner engagements and cross-functional projects.
• Own high-impact workstreams from analysis to execution with quality and speed.
• Bridge internal and external stakeholders to keep everyone aligned.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement AI tools and automations to unlock efficiency.
