Job summary

Huzzle, a remote AI-talent marketplace, is seeking a proactive product-minded owner for its internal tooling. The role focuses on deciding what to build, why it matters to the business, and delivering usable improvements you can measure with impact.

You'll work directly with the COO and CCO, triaging bugs, shaping features, and ensuring changes don't break others. Fully remote with real ownership from week one in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in product, engineering, consulting or startups.
• Experience with Lovable, Bolt, v0, Cursor or Claude Code.
• Experience in a startup or recruiting/marketplace business is a plus.
• Strong written English and async communication on Slack.

Responsibilities

• Own the bug and feature queue for internal tools; triage, prioritize by business impact, fix and ship.
• Talk to tool users to understand problems before building.
• Improve end-to-end user experience; fix confusing or slow UX even if not requested.
• Fix bugs and ship small features using AI coding tools; test before going live.
• Identify potential breakages and flag them early.
• Keep documentation up to date for faster future fixes.
• Over time take on bigger projects to improve how the business runs.
