Darkfin Labs in New York City is seeking a Founder's Associate to work directly with the founder, full-time, hybrid in NYC. You will be our founder's right hand managing operations, content and more, with tasks spanning logistics, vendor coordination, calendar triage, and onboarding with retailers and creators.

The role grows into an Operations Lead as you demonstrate initiative and leadership in a fast-paced consumer beauty and longevity startup environment.

Role

The Founder's Associate works directly with the founder, full-time, hybrid in NYC. You will be our founder's right hand in operations, content, and more. That includes content-production logistics, vendor coordination, retailer and marketplace onboarding, inbox and calendar triage, creator coordination, and special projects. The role grows into Operations Lead.

You will

• Work closely with the founder to manage and move forward high-priority projects
• Execute tasks on behalf of the founder: vendors, retailers, paperwork, follow-ups
• Manage the founder's calendar and inbox
• Coordinate with content team to assist creation
• Assist with marketing and logistics tasks

We operate on three month mutual fit assessment basis. Full time return offer will come with significant equity component.
