Job summary

Career Launch is seeking a Founder Partnerships Advisor to develop referral partnerships with founders and startup service providers in the San Francisco Bay Area. This is a remote independent contractor role with a salaried compensation structure and a focus on trusted introductions and qualification criteria.

You will build relationships with founders, operators, investors, accelerators, and startup advisors, identify fits, and maintain a clear record of outreach and status.

Qualifications

• Must have established relationships in the SF Bay Area startup ecosystem.
• Experience as founder, operator, investor, advisor, or partnership professional.
• Clear written and verbal communication with senior professionals.
• Ability to manage a relationship pipeline independently and with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture referral partnerships with founders and startup service providers.
• Identify founders and teams that fit qualification criteria.
• Conduct initial conversations to understand company stage and needs.
• Obtain permission before introductions and sharing contact information.
• Provide targeted context for internal teams to prepare discussions.
• Maintain timely records of outreach, introductions, status, and follow-up.
