The Founder in Residence will identify a major opportunity, build a new product vertical within Base360.ai, assemble the right team, validate the market, and grow it into a standalone business with substantial revenue and impact.

Qualificações

• Startup or founder/leadership experience preferred.
• Experience turning opportunities into new products or business units.
• Strong product intuition and commercial sensibility.

Responsabilidades

• Identify high-potential opportunities in the short-term rental space.
• Validate customer problems through research and conversations with operators.
• Define product vision, strategy, and go-to-market plan.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, design and AI teams to launch quickly.
• Recruit and lead cross-functional teams as the venture grows.
• Own growth, adoption, and financial performance of the new vertical.
• Make data-driven decisions based on customer feedback.
