This isn't just another education role. You'll split your time between hands-on learning in Austin (one week monthly) and architecting the future of learning. Your mission? Turn our proven success into a nationwide movement. Think less "education reform" and more "education reimagined."
What You Will Be Doing
- Transform our successful blueprint into a flexible, scalable model that maintains excellence across diverse markets
- Create revolutionary learning experiences that speak directly to digital natives and next-gen learners
- Field-test and refine innovative programs, developing comprehensive playbooks for nationwide deployment
- Drive enrollment through compelling narrative and passionate advocacy of our vision
- Pioneer AI integration to build scalable, high-quality educational systems

Founder In Residence Key Responsibilities
Architect and scale a revolutionary educational model that seamlessly integrates immersive experiences with our 2 Hour Learning methodology, delivering transformative results across diverse student populations throughout the nation.
Basic Requirements
- Battle-tested entrepreneur with proven success in scaling ventures, particularly as a founder or growth strategist
- Passionate advocate for innovative education approaches, with deep understanding of digital-first learning, eSports integration, and gamification principles
- Dynamic communicator who can command attention through media appearances, keynote speeches, and compelling content creation
- Proficient in leveraging cutting-edge AI tools for strategic insight and operational efficiency
- US-based with flexibility to spend one week monthly in Austin
- Authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available)

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
