This is a full-time, remote position with a base pay of $200/hr, totaling approximately $400,000 annually. The role involves transforming innovative educational models into scalable nationwide solutions, combining immersive experiences with the 2 Hour Learning methodology.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and scale a revolutionary educational model that integrates immersive experiences with our 2 Hour Learning methodology, delivering transformative results across diverse student populations nationwide.
• Create innovative learning experiences for digital natives and next-gen learners.
• Develop comprehensive playbooks for nationwide deployment through field-testing and refinement of programs.
• Drive enrollment through compelling storytelling and advocacy.
• Lead AI integration to build scalable, high-quality educational systems.

Requirements

• Proven success as an entrepreneur or growth strategist in scaling ventures.
• Deep understanding of digital-first learning, gamification, and eSports.
• Excellent communicator capable of media appearances and content creation.
• Proficient in AI tools for strategic and operational insights.
• Based in the US with the ability to spend one week monthly in Austin.
