Qualifications

• 10+ years of commissioning experience across multiple commercial building sectors.
• Ability to read HVAC plans and interpret control sequences.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset and organizational discipline.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the commissioning program.
• Serve as Lead Commissioning Authority on projects.
• Develop commissioning scopes, proposals, and fee estimates.
• Lead all commissioning phases from design review through closeout.
• Execute functional performance testing and manage deficiencies.
• Oversee commissioning of HVAC and specialty systems.
• Build and mentor a commissioning team.
• Develop long-term client relationships.
