Cymbiotika is seeking a Founder Brand Director to lead Durana Elmi’s personal brand, shaping strategy, partnerships, and external opportunities. You will partner with Brand Marketing, Creative, PR, and leadership to align Durana’s brand with Cymbiotika’s broader strategy.

The role requires strategic thinking, a strong network across culture sectors, and the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving environment while managing high-profile relationships.

• Own founder brand strategy and positioning.

• Manage external agencies, vendors, and strategic partners.
• Protect the founder's time and prioritize high-value opportunities.
