Job summary

Responsibilities

• Set up a regular online office hour session to track progress, challenges and outcomes of current execution.
• Estimate costs, timeline, and challenges for game economy design, game system balance, pacing, and monetization architecture.
• Develop, maintain and enforce core game loop, balance system, progression pacing, monetization, user engagement and retention, product marketing, customer feature requests, and A/B tests.
• Coordinate with marketing for ethical game design with impact management and measurement practices.
• Conduct lifecycle marketing audits with tracking system for marketing integration, automation, and optimization.
• Notify key risks and prepare mitigations in advance.
• Provide SOP guidance for all responsibilities, reviewed by the Company.

Without finance, climate action is unsustainable. When it comes to climate finance, oftentimes, people overemphasize the importance of investment but ignore the importance of long-term market demand.

Primary market investment is critical; however, investment is not a revenue stream. To accelerate the net-zero transition process, we need long-term market demand. And that’s the space where Optivide aspires to create with systems thinking design and regenerative finance.

To solve the dynamic, complex climate problem, we need stakeholder engagement with different responsibilities. Role Description

This is a full-time remote role, where your primary focus will be:

• Set up a regular online office hour session to track the progress, challenges and the outcomes of the current execution.
• Estimate the expected costs, timeline, and challenges for the game economy design, game system balance, game level design with live operation campaigns, graphic design, and any other explicit/implicit gamification topics with processes, tools, and knowledge required.
• Develop, maintain and enforce the core game loop, balance system, economic models, progression pacing, monetization architecture, user engagement and retention, product marketing, customer feature requests, A/B playtesting, and any other relevant topics.
• Coordinate with the marketing professionals for the ethical game design with impact management and measurement practices.
• Conduct regular lifecycle marketing audits with the tracking system for the marketing integration, automation, and optimization.
• Notify the key risks and potential failures for specific tasks, and the preparation to mitigate the problem in advance.
• Provide detailed standard operating procedure guidance for all responsibilities. All guidance must be reviewed and confirmed by the Company.

Onboarding Process
