Qualifications

• Five years of experience overseeing a crew responsible for installation of deep foundation systems.
• Ability to oversee multiple jobs simultaneously while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to travel 50% within the upper Midwest region.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily site activities for Foundations projects ensuring safety and compliance.
• Schedule subcontractors and monitor their work for compliance with agreements.
• Conduct daily Job Hazard Awareness meetings and maintain records on site activities.
