TULK | Swift·Wise·Counsel is looking for a Mid-level Foundations SME based in Springfield, Virginia. This role involves delivering foundational GEOINT tradecraft instruction and supporting course development efforts. Ideal candidates possess a bachelor's degree related to Geospatial Thinking or Human Geography, along with at least 5 years of relevant experience.

The position requires a DoD Basic Instructor Certification and the ability to obtain a Top Secret / SCI Personnel Security Clearance. If you have hands-on tradecraft experience and are ready to guide students in practical exercises, this role offers a great opportunity to contribute.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in tradecraft and methodology.
• Department of Defense Basic Instructor Certification.
• Current Top Secret / SCI Personnel Security Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise in Foundation GEOINT data.
• Deliver GEOINT tradecraft instruction for NGC courses.
• Maintain and update courseware and related materials.
• Support new GEOINT learning solutions development.
• Apply mission-relevant tradecraft in learning events.
• Coordinate with course managers and stakeholders.
• Support governance and special projects in GTLSS.
