Job summary

ASRC Federal Technology Solutions LLC seeks a Foundational Layer Capability (FLIC) SME with an active Top Secret clearance to manage, prioritize, and develop foundational layer capabilities for data management and interoperability in support of Army modernization priorities. The role includes onsite site lead duties, coordination of contractor personnel, and regular government interface.

The candidate will review CONOPS and annexes, participate in IPTs and leadership forums, and ensure alignment

Qualifications

Active Top Secret clearance required and SCI eligibility.
Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years in the intelligence enterprise.
Strong editing and communication skills for technical documents.
Experience with DoDIN, cloud environments, and SaaS applications.
Ability to travel up to 30% of contract time.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for foundational layer development and management; review requirements and operational documents.
Support leadership forums and working groups with assessments and recommendations.
Assist in documentation processes to ensure accuracy and alignment with objectives.
Participate in exercises and experiments to evaluate utility and integration challenges.
Lead onsite site coordination and supervision for contract execution.
