Job summary

Veterans First Initiative LLC (VFI) seeks an experienced Functional Systems Administrator IV (Team Lead) to supervise a team of FSAs, support intelligence training systems, and ensure secure, reliable IT services for the 315 TRS/XPS at Goodfellow AFB. The role requires an active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance and strong leadership capabilities.

The FSA IV will oversee system administration, incident response, and training for Windows, Unix, and Linux environments, while coordinating with corporate

Qualifications

• Ten years+ of experience leading IT services teams.
• IAT Level II certification and one of Security+, Cloud+, GICSP, SSCP or GSEC.
• Strong communication, time management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of FSAs for intel training systems and applications.
• Provide end-user support for hardware/software issues and maintain infrastructure.
• Deliver hands-on training to instructors and FSAs on intelligence applications and LMS.
• Plan, coordinate and install software/hardware across Windows, Unix, and Linux platforms.
